Lydia Mehr Lamba, LLMSW
I specialize in working with individuals who are interested in exploring intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, being a first-generation citizen, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, aimed at helping you find calmness in your body and alignment in your life. Together, we will work at your pace and explore your intentions for healing.
About Me
I work best for someone who feels the weight of generational trauma, the pressure of being the parentified sibling, or the struggle of navigating mental health within a culture that often stigmatizes it. You may be carrying anxiety, grief, or the impact of past trauma, and are seeking a space where you don’t have to justify your experiences. My goal is to collaborate in a way that honors your identity, culture, and lived experience—without you leaving parts of yourself behind.
I integrate evidence-based treatments through a culturally focused lens in a warm, conversational setting. Whether you're processing trauma, breaking generational curses, navigating identity struggles, and reclaiming your voice, I aim to offer a supportive, empowering space where healing feels authentic, personal, and deeply validating.
In my free time, you can find me lost in a fantasy book or rewatching New Girl for the 10000th time.
